Ceramic and lacquer vase around 1970 Shigaraki
Description
This very unusual vase is composed of three cylindrical elements in green-glazed ceramic, probably produced in Shigaraki.
They are included in a triangular black lacquered frame with two plates connected by three square-section uprights, pierced with three circular holes to allow the three ceramic tubes to pass through.
The frame is completely covered in glossy black lacquer.
A work circa 1970 intended for ikebana.
