The Sinapango Gallery offers a selection of antique Japanese furniture, primarily tansu from the Edo and Meiji periods: merchant chests, kodansu, chadansu, and scholar shelves. Each piece is chosen for its traditional construction, original patina, and formal consistency.
Made from kiri, sugi, or zelkova wood, these pieces fit into both contemporary and classic interiors. Their simplicity and natural materials easily complement wabi sabi or japandi aesthetics, as well as a more international style.
