China, 19th century Peking glass snuff bottle, silver mount from Maison Maquet circa 1930
This 19th century snuff bottle, made of red on white Peking glass, with a yellow glass stopper, was mounted with silver (French hallmarks) as a friction lighter by Maison Maquet, 10 rue de la Paix in Paris, during the Art Deco period.
